Tried ordering a set of cookware online, where advertised , but saw no prices. I called to inquire and representative said they would have to take my information down , send it to headquarters and marketing and then they will call me back. She would not give me prices over the phone either. Wow! What a way to handle potential new customers. That registered a red flag for me and thanked her very much and ended the call. I will continue my search online for a good set of surgical stainless steel cookware. Too much of a hassle to buy from this company. Sorry!
