Pathetic sales and customer service. I stopped by twice to see a s5. The first time I was told the car was in back of the dealership and I could go walk to the back of the lot to see it by myself. The second time I stopped in with my family and was spoken to for 15 seconds, handed the keys and was told to go check it out once again with no salesman. I would've bought that car with some decent customer service and they would've got to sell me the SUV my wife liked too. But screw that. You won't get a dime from me if you can't even take the time to be a less than average salesman.
