Extremely disappointing service and mediocre food ...

Extremely disappointing service and mediocre food for sky high prices. My family of 5 arrived at 8am directly behind another lady, so of course we waited our turn to speak with the hostess. The lady in front of us said 4 when asked how many and they promptly seated her w/o the remainder of her party in an already small venue w/ limited seating. When the hostess returned she says "oh you guys weren't with her?" Well I'm not a math genius but if the person says "4" and there are 6 people standing there then the f/u question should probably be "is your entire party here?" So my family then had to wait another 30mins for a table to become available. During this time two tables left but only one was bused and readied for the next guests. Another party of 6 walked in, waited about 10mins, and then were seated at the cleaned table while we continued to wait with our 3 children. All this before we even had any of the bland, less than desirable, expensive food (3 pancakes, 1 omelet, 2 cinnamon rolls = $50 before tip).
