I have been using the services of Event consulting & mgmt, inc. for the past two years and I must say they have been average. The team is professional and punctual, but there is always room for improvement. They have helped me organize several events and overall it has been a good experience. However, there were a few instances where I felt they could have done better. The communication could be more proactive and there were some minor issues with the arrangements. That being said, I appreciate their dedication and hard work.
