I had a mixed experience with TravSolo. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. The rate of response to my inquiries was slow, and when I finally did get a response, the answers were not very helpful. However, once I arrived at my destination, the activities and accommodations were top-notch. Overall, I would rate them as average.
