I recently purchased a bionic limb from a company that I had heard great things about. The limb itself is amazing and works flawlessly. However, I wasn't too impressed with the customer service I received. The website was easy to navigate and placing an order was a breeze, but when I had questions about the product, it took a while to get a response. Overall, though, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.
