I recently had the opportunity to work with Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin (BAuA) and I must say it was an average experience. The company website, baua.de, provided all the necessary information and the application process was smooth. However, I found the work environment to be quite dull and lacking in motivation. The management seemed disengaged and there was a lack of clear direction. Overall, I would rate my experience with BAuA as average.
