I purchased a bread maker as a gift in Nov. 2020 from Walmart. The bread maker was distributed by SCS Direct. It was not opened until Jan. 2021 and was defective. Walmart would not replace it. I contacted SCS & was sent a new one. Thank you so much for standing by your product!
