Went to find out about the 4:25 candy bar as there are none to be found in the GTA. A gentleman explained to me that they are a seasonal item and that they should be around again in March. Location is super clean and very well lit. Reception area has a sign in area and some goodies to snack on while you wait. Thank you for your help.
