Recently joined a martial arts class and chose Aikido North after careful consideration. The classes are fantastic! The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and create a supportive environment for learning. The techniques taught are practical and effective, and I enjoy the focus on blending and redirecting energy instead of using brute force. I've noticed improvements in my physical fitness and self-confidence since joining Aikido North. Highly recommended for anyone interested in martial arts!
