My experience with an independent advisor for copier solutions was positive. They were helpful in assisting me with selecting the right copier for my office. The copier works well and meets our needs. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I do feel that the customer service could have been better in terms of responsiveness. Nevertheless, I am content with the product and the assistance provided.
