I have been living in Kensington Place Apartments for the past year and I must say that I have had an average experience. The management is responsive and the maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues. However, the walls are quite thin and it can get noisy at times. The location is convenient though, with easy access to public transportation and shopping centers. Overall, it's an average place to live.
