CUSTOMER: I have been a customer of this credit union for over five years and I must say that their services are excellent. Their staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help with any banking-related queries. The only improvement I would suggest is to make the online banking platform more user-friendly and intuitive. Other than that, I have had a great experience banking with them.
