I had an excellent experience with buying a certified pre-owned CLA from Michael Monteiro during COVID-19. They had six cars I picked out online ready to look over. It was fun. The keys were in a bag so my husband and I would take a set of keys out and turn on the car to see which one the keys matched. All the cars were beautiful. We chose two to drive, both were great. Got final prices on both. Ultimately chose a 2019 CLA. Ordered it online, signed paperwork on my iPad and picked up the car within a week of seeing it - think it was less. Final loan all done online and have app to pay the bill. The dealership was so beautiful. This is my first Mercedes. I'd recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Everyone was professional, treated you nicely whichever Mercedes you were buying and have so many nice cars to choose from new or pre-owned. The slick annoying car salesman approach is not here. I feel like my intelligence was respected vs. challenged.
