I had an average experience with Pt.enjoy holiday medan tour & travel. The customer service was okay, but the overall tour was just average. I expected more from the company. The tour guide didn't provide much information and there were moments where I felt bored. However, the itinerary was well-planned and the transportation was comfortable.
