I must say that Pastificio lucio garofalo s.p.a. is an average company. The quality of their pasta is okay, but nothing exceptional. I have tried a few different types of pasta from their range, and while they are decent, I think there are better options available. The packaging is nice, and the cooking instructions are clear, but overall, I was not blown away by their products. I would still consider buying from them occasionally, but I wouldn't actively seek out their pasta when there are other brands that offer more exciting flavors and textures.
