As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Maltbie, a kubik company as average. The company website (maltbie.com) showcases their projects in a visually appealing manner, but I felt that their customer service could be improved. The staff members were knowledgeable, but interactions with them felt robotic and scripted. Overall, my experience with Maltbie was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement.
