The shopping experience at Hainan Duty-free Co., Ltd. was average. The staff was friendly, but the store lacked a variety of products compared to other duty-free stores I have visited. The prices were reasonable, but I wasn't able to find everything I was looking for. Overall, it was an okay experience.
