I have been a customer of 1960 At Ella Self Storage INC for over two years now, and I must say that their service is truly average. The facility is clean and secure, but the customer service could definitely be improved. The staff members are polite but not overly helpful or friendly. Overall, I would recommend this storage facility if you're looking for a basic storage solution at an affordable price.
