Useless hrs.. They conduct interviews but dont sel...

Useless hrs.. They conduct interviews but dont select.. They ask whether you preoared for interview or not in return.. Half the employees here are either clg selected fellows only.. They do lot of show off but in pure technical there is nothing... Remember, i was rejected here twice saying with out any reason i went to oracle and got selected at first place... Please value your choice, respect yourself...i dont know about work culture here but they might change people..a few of my friends selected here in college placements..i asked for help , they didn't respond to messages citing they are busy..today oracle gives me a pay equal to their Senior manager...to anyone reading this,help a unemployed person..it takes soo much pain to move to a company everyday without money to eat food also but maintaining an artificial smile on face...treat them with respect,not like something cheap...i faced it and i know it...
