I had an average experience with Concrete Prescriptions. While the work was satisfactory, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff was not very friendly and they were not very responsive to my queries. However, the project was completed within the agreed timeline and the final result was decent. Improvement in communication and customer service is needed.
