I had an average experience with Virtual Bears. The virtual reality product I purchased was decent, but it didn't meet my high expectations. The graphics were good, but not exceptional. The website was informative, but I found it a bit confusing to navigate. The customer support team was helpful, but I had to wait longer than expected for a response. Overall, an okay experience.
