Excellent experience @ Mercedes Tampa! I worked directly with Katherine Rogers; talk about customer service!
She got me in the next day even though they were slammed, set up with a loaner vehicle and everything. Very impressed!! I would recommend her to anyone, and because of her I will be back for any future services.
