I had a rather mixed experience with an executive search and consulting firm. While I appreciated the efforts of the consultants at Formations Group, I felt that the overall service could have been better. There were instances where communication was lacking, and it took longer than expected to receive updates. However, they did manage to find a suitable candidate for us, and for that, I am thankful.
