I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Proctor Financial. The experience was average overall. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate, but it lacked some important information. I found the rates to be fair, but not great. Overall, I would consider Proctor Financial as an average company to work with.
