I had a decent experience with Eastern Sailplane, Inc. when it came to purchasing a new sailplane. The quality and performance are decent, although I expected a bit more for the price. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but there is room for improvement.
