Unfortunately, working for this residential for a year and three months was the worst experience ever! I say this because the passion I have for the children there was unexplainable but, the staff and superiors were biased and unprofessional at the highest peak. From the first day I started there was never proper training administrated and I was never fully advised on all the tasks I had to do. The superiors are bullies and unfit. There is no proper structure and the children have no discipline they attack staff physically and verbally. No consequence justified the scars and marks that was left on staff members! I'am a firsthand witness to say that the organization is not there to transition and help the children this place actually is harming them and brainwashing the reality in society. The children are poorly groomed, the food choices are unhealthy causing them to be overweight. It's saddening to see that the children are not even getting proper doctor visits and health check ups. This is very disturbing and was hard for me to continue to work at a place that hides numerous of spreadable std's and viruses. Please I ask everyone to take the time to do your research and speak out against the Real abuse these people cause! I wouldn't recommend an animal to reside there. This is not a job that I would recommend to anyone it's an unprofessional and emotionally damaging experience that is unbelievable.
