🧘‍♀️✨ My experience at the Santa Cruz Zen Center was absolutely amazing! ✨🧘‍♀️ The peaceful atmosphere and supportive community made me feel right at home. The meditation sessions were deeply calming, and I loved the focus on mindfulness and self-reflection. The staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. I left the retreat feeling refreshed and inspired. Can't wait to return for another retreat soon! ✨🧘‍♀️
