Horrible company to work for. Extremely unorganized. No one in management has a clue of how to run their mortgage department. They do robust hires and then turn around and layoff because they are unable to maintain their outside vendors efficiently. Run, run, run, if they EVER hold a hiring event! Lastly their Human Resource is a joke. They tell you to speak and share your issues confidentially then go back and gossip about your business..This company lacks professionalism in ever sense of the word....Know that you have been warned...
