I thought as I continue on hold, now at the 40 minute mark, I'd take a moment to write this review. My daughter is on Keystone First as her secondary insurance due to her chronic condition. As of this year all of her scripts have been having issues on the Keystone side when I called to try inquire about the situation I was redirected to this company PERFORMRX. The first time I called I waited on hold for 30 minutes I hung up and figured I'd call back another day I tried later that week and again 30 minutes at which point I needed to go pick up my daughter Today I don't have as much going on so I decided to see how long it would take to get ahold of someone. At the 45 minute mark I finally got through, mid write up of this review, waiting to see if they resolve the issue or not. Thus far we are on hold with CVS to resolve the issue, there is a certain irony in the PerformRX rep being forced to be on hold.
Regardless, 40+ minutes on hold is unacceptable.
