I have been a customer of Novelart manufacturing co. for several years now, and I must say that their products and services are simply average. While they deliver what they promise, I feel that there is room for improvement. The quality of their products could be better, and their customer service could be more responsive. They do have a wide range of products to choose from, but I have found some inconsistencies in terms of product specifications. Overall, I would rate them as average.
