As a long-time customer of Nbc Universal INC, I have to say that their service has been consistently average. While they do offer a wide range of products on shopnbc.com, the quality and prices are nothing extraordinary. I have found better deals and better customer service on other websites. Overall, I would say Nbc Universal INC is just okay.
