During my recent visit to Puerto Rico, I was impressed with the efforts of the government in rebuilding the communities affected by the hurricanes. The resilience and determination of the people were inspiring. The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has made considerable progress in restoring essential services and infrastructure. However, there is still work to be done in terms of long-term sustainability and economic development.
