I have been a customer of Hbtec ag for several years and I must say that their services are average. While they have been reliable in delivering what they promised, there is definitely room for improvement. The website hbtec.ch is user-friendly and their customer support is helpful, but I feel like they lack innovation in their products. Overall, I would rate them as average.
