As a customer of the Alabama licensing board for general contractors, I have found their services to be average. While they do a decent job overall, there are definitely areas for improvement. The website is a bit outdated and could use some modernization. Additionally, the process of obtaining a license can be tedious and time-consuming. However, the staff is generally helpful and responsive, which is a plus. Overall, I would say my experience with them has been satisfactory.
