I have been a customer of the Foundation for California Community Colleges for several years now, and I must say that their services are just average. While they do provide support to community colleges, I find their communication and response times to be lacking. It often takes them a while to get back to me, and sometimes they don't provide the information I need. Overall, it's a decent organization, but there is definitely room for improvement.
