As a customer of Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), I must say that their services are average. The buses are usually on time, but the cleanliness could be improved. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, I have experienced some issues with overcrowding during peak hours. Overall, RCTC provides an okay transportation service.
