I recently used this ticketing website to purchase tickets for a concert, and I have to say that my experience was average. The website itself was easy to navigate and the ticket selection was decent. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other similar websites. The checkout process was smooth and I received my tickets via email promptly. The customer service was satisfactory – they were responsive when I had a minor issue and resolved it quickly. On the downside, I didn't see any options for mobile ticketing, which would have been more convenient. Overall, I would rate my experience with this ticketing website as average. It wasn't exceptional, but it also didn't disappoint.
