I just purchased a 2019 Toyota Avalon. I was having difficulty with the entertainment system and the salesperson who was new, was trying her best to assist me.The system is brand new and very complex, so it can be overwhelming. A young man saw what was going on and stepped in to help me out. Eddie Chavez was extremely patient explaining everything pertaining to the audio/navigation system and made sure I left knowing everything I needed to know in order to take full advantage of the complex system. Without his input, I'm not sure I would have finalized my purchase. Thank you Eddie!
