Overrated and seems more a permanent housing hotel...

Overrated and seems more a permanent housing hotel- not spa or golf. We spend 11 nights and changed the room 3 times before we leave the US. Guest don t wear mask on the floor and at entrance area. The staff is not interested to solve such a conflicts. We complained nothing happen- send a security isn t the solution. Talk with the guest, if they don t accept the hotel rules - kicked them out. We must be COVID free to leave the country, but we have to really careful. Our neighbors little kids were crying in the night 3:30am on the floor and Play the whole day there. I don t know the situation in the pool. Make your guest clear that they not alone and should be respective to others. I will never go back in this hotel and can t recommend.
