I recently used the services of "The Evaluation Center" and found their website to be user-friendly and informative. However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the response time to my inquiries. It took longer than expected to get the information I needed. On the positive side, the staff was polite and professional when I eventually connected with them. 🤔 Despite the delays, I appreciated the thoroughness of the evaluation process and the detailed report provided. I also liked that they offer a variety of services to meet different needs. Overall, I'd say it was an average experience. I can see the potential, but improvements in responsiveness would definitely enhance the customer experience.
