I recently worked with a real estate company in Utah, and my experience was average. The agents were knowledgeable and responsive, but I felt like the level of personalized attention could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information, but I found the property listings to be somewhat limited compared to other companies I've used. Overall, the process of buying a home was smooth, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience and variety of listings.
