This is a CUSTOMER review about Esterline defense technologies. I have been associated with this company for several years now, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of average. The company has its positives and negatives, but overall I would say that it is an average place to work. The management is lacking in some areas, but the work-life balance is decent. The pay is not great, but it is fair. There are times when the workload can be overwhelming, but there are also periods of relative calm. All in all, an average experience.
