I recently hired a paving company through their website morganasphalt.com. The process of getting a quote was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, the actual service was average 😐. The crew arrived on time but the job took longer than expected. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but there were some minor issues with the finishing. The customer service was friendly, but it felt like there could have been better communication throughout the project. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and attention to detail.
