I recently used their services for my home healthcare needs. The platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to manage schedules and connect with caregivers. However, I found the response time from customer service to be a bit slow. It would be great to see more prompt and efficient support. Overall, the experience was average. 😕 I appreciated the convenience of the platform, but improvements in customer service would enhance the overall satisfaction.
