I recently had an average experience with this automotive group. The website's layout was easy to navigate and offered a good range of vehicles to choose from. However, the customer service was just okay; it took longer than expected to get assistance, and some of the staff seemed disinterested. The purchase process was straightforward, but the prices were not as competitive as I had hoped. Additionally, the vehicle I purchased had a few more scratches and dents than I was led to believe from the online listing. Overall, while the website was user-friendly, the customer service, pricing, and vehicle condition left something to be desired.
