Can't get physical therapy!

My insurance hired Evernorth to simply start my PT. At first, all seemed okay but then the phone calls started. Everyone from Evernorth had a different story and after 1 month and 1 complaint from my insurance company, Evernorth is still trying to start my PT. I'm in a hospital bed waiting!
