Everyone knows Phillips for the seafood, but I'm writing this review based on the breakfast buffet. Simply put, best value in OC.

$15 gets you anything you could want for breakfast. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, bagels with lox, omelette station (with crab if you so desire), fresh fruit.....you getting the picture? Even chicken and waffles! And free coffee! Ok, I'll stop now.

I really can't say enough about this spread and have paid much more for similar. The servers and staff behind the buffet are all helpful and full of smiles. Fill up on breakfast, beach all day, and spend the money you won't need for lunch on seafood later.

There are a TON of breakfast options in OC, but this is my 5 star pick. Check it out.
