The screen of the Vivobook purchased for about half a year is suspected to be broken, and it was repaired by the Normal University Museum on 4/9. The service personnel at the entrance and exit were a bit cold, and the movement in the museum was unclear, but the service personnel at the service desk were very kind. At the moment, it is informed that the laptop is still under warranty, and there should be no additional cost for repairs. The shortcoming is that the problem cannot be checked or repaired on site, so it must be returned to the original factory. Due to the impact of the epidemic, it was originally estimated that the repairs would take 5-7 days. As a result, the phone was received on the next 4/10 night. The laptop screen has been renewed and there is no charge! I saw a lot of negative reviews online before sending the repair, but I am really satisfied with the processing speed and after-sales service this time!
