5 stars! I needed some things to fix some windows ...

5 stars! I needed some things to fix some windows around the house and they had exactly what I needed for my first order. I later found out I needed some other parts, checked their website, but wasn't able to find them.

So I emailed them, sent them a link to what i needed that was on a competitors page, and Bill happily ordered me in the part and shipped it out to me. Easy peasy!

I don't see myself needing lots of window supplies in my life, but in the event I do I know exactly where I'll be coming to look first every time.

*Update* I just got my second package, two days after I ordered it. Even included an "all the best" note... Really? You guys are amazing!
